We are pleased to announce the appointment of Frederic B. Moreno as “General Manager of Launch” for ISC’s U.S. subsidiary, Sirius Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Moreno will be responsible for the successful mission as the overall lead for the U.S. launch testing of the ASCA series of reusable launch vehicles.
Mr. Moreno has worked for NASA (Johnson Space Center), has worked on launches and engine testing with Blue Origin, and most recently with Spaceport America, the world’s first commercial spaceport.

Sirius Technologies and ISC have begun working with Ursa Major of Berthoud, Colorado, USA, beginning in 2024. The two companies will purchase propulsion engines from Ursa Major to accelerate the development of reusable rockets, with launch tests planned as early as the end of 2025. Mr. Moreno’s leadership will be critical to the success of this ambitious plan, as he will serve as the coordinator between all parties involved.
