Kojiro Hatada President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

President and CEO of Innovative Space Carrier Inc. Outside Director of ispace Inc., and Outside Director of ArcEdge Space Inc.
After graduating from the Kyoto University Graduate School of Energy Science (Masters course) in 2004, he joined the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. After working on energy policy and industrial policy, he was seconded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2012 and worked at the Delegation of Japan to the European Union and the Embassy of Japan in Belgium.
In 2015, he was seconded to the Cabinet Office's Space Development Strategy Promotion Secretariat, where he contributed to the expansion of private space business through the enactment of the Space Activities Act, the formulation of the Space Industry Vision 2030, and the founding of the space business idea contest S-Booster.
In 2017, he returned to METI and founded J-Startup, a new startup support program.
In 2018, he left METI to join Digital Hearts Holdings Inc., where he was involved in launching a cybersecurity talent discovery and training program, and founded Digital Hearts Plus Inc. in 2019.
In May 2022, he founded Innovative Space Carrier Inc. and became its President and CEO.

Akiyuki Nomura Director, Chief Operating Officer COO

Graduated from the Faculty of Design and Engineering, Nagoya City University in 2004. Based on design thinking, Akiyuki has been involved in building various IT services and launching new businesses for 20 years. For the past seven years, he has served as CEO of an IT company, providing digital transformation projects in various industries with multinational teams. He is skilled in conceptual design and architecture design for large-scale IT services. He will be our COO from January 2023.

Keiichiro Shimada Director, Chief Business Officer CBO, Sirius Techonologies, Inc CEO

Born in the United States. After graduating from the School of Commerce at Waseda University in 1996, he has worked as an innovation leader, business manager and executive at Matsushita Electric Industrial (now Panasonic), Lucent Technology Japan, startups, Dentsu, IBM Japan, R/GA, and other companies. He has also delivered over 150 keynote speeches at global tech conferences in over 40 countries around the world in the creative and innovation fields, and is also active as an angel investor and pitch mentor for Plug and Play, the world's largest accelerator. He will serve as our CBO from October 2023.

Tsuyoshi Yamaguchi Outside Director

Tsuyoshi Yamaguchi graduated from Kyoto University with master degree of mechanical engineering. He has worked for Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. for 38 years starting from 1984. As an Alliance Executive Vice President, a head of whole Renault and Nissan worldwide engineering teams from 2014 to 2022, he led the transformation of technologies including electric vehicle, autonomous driving, and software defined vehicle creating new customer value. He also drove the transformation of engineering methodologies including MBSE and others. He started to work for our company as an advisor in February 2023 and became an outside director in June 2024, a position he holds to this day. Currently he also takes responsibility of outside director at Serendip Holdings Co., Ltd. and Igarashi Electric Works Ltd..

Mayumi Takaoka Part-time Auditor

Graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Doshisha University in 2002. Passed the former second stage of the Certified Public Accountant Examination in 2001 and joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, Tokyo office. Engaged in statutory audits of listed companies, IPO support, and system development projects. Established an independent practice in 2018, providing audit services and internal control evaluations related to IT controls. Appointed as Audit & Supervisory Board Member (Outside) of MyRefer, Inc. (currently TalentX, Inc.) in 2021. Appointed as Audit & Supervisory Board Member (Outside) of OKAN, Inc. in December 2022. Appointed as Audit & Supervisory Board Member (Outside) of the Company in June 2024, serving to the present. Currently also serves as Audit & Supervisory Board Member (Outside) of elestyle, Inc. and Tsunagu Group Holdings, Inc.
