Akiyuki Nomura
COO (Chief Operating Officer) of the Company since January 2023.
Graduated from Nagoya City University, Faculty of Art and Design in 2004. Based on design thinking, he has been engaged in building various IT services and launching new businesses over the past 20 years. For the last 7 years, as CEO of an IT company, delivered DX projects in various industries with a multinational team. Specializes in conceptual design of large-scale IT services and architecture.
Keiichiro Shimada
is our CBO (Chief Business Officer) since October 2023.
Keiichiro Shimada was born in the U.S. He graduated from Waseda University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has held positions of innovation leadership, business leadership and management at Matsushita Electric (now Panasonic), Lucent Technologies Japan, startups, Dentsu, IBM Japan, R/GA and others. He has given over 150 keynote presentations at global tech conferences in over 40 countries in the creative and innovation fields, and has been an angel investor and pitch mentor for Plug and Play, the world's largest accelerator. He has won numerous awards including the world's top three advertising awards, global innovation awards, and government contests.
Tsuyoshi Yamaguchi(Tsuyoshi Yamaguchi)
Advisor to the Company since February 2023. He joined Nissan Motor Co. in 1984 and became President of Nissan Technical Center North America Inc. in 2004. Mitsubishi Motors) and as the Chief R&D Officer of Nissan and Renault Motors, responsible for all R&D organizations in Japan, France, and worldwide.
Mayumi Taka oka
Mayumi Takaoka CPA Office. She is a part-time auditor of elestyle Co.
Born in September 1979, Mayumi graduated from Doshisha University Faculty of Commerce in 2002 and joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Tokyo Office. He was engaged in statutory audit services for listed companies, internal control support services, and IPO support services. He then participated in an audit software implementation project at the Quality Control Division.
In 2018, he became independent and conducted accounting audits of listed companies and internal control evaluation support for IT controls. In November 2021, he became a full-time auditor of MyRefer Corporation (now TalentX Corporation). 2022 In December 2022, he became a full-time auditor of OKAN Corporation. In April 2024, he was appointed as a part-time auditor of elestyle Corporation (current position).
