Former Nissan Vice President Tsuyoshi Yamaguchi appointed as advisor!

Innovative Space Carrier Inc. (Kojiro Hatada CEO, Minato-ku, Tokyo), which aims to realize a transportation system that enables space travel, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Tsuyoshi Yamaguchi, who has held a number of important positions, including Vice President of Nissan Motor Company, overseeing the group's research and development organization until 2022, as an advisor.

Innovative Space Carrier Inc. is a start-up company that aims to realize a transportation system that enables space travel to realize its vision of "a world where people and cargo can be delivered every day.

 Mr. Tsuyoshi Yamaguchi has worked in Nissan's R&D department for 38 years, from 1984 to 2022, including 8 years as EVP of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Motors Alliance from 2014-2022, and as the Chief Executive Officer of Nissan and Renault Motors R&D departments in Japan, France, and around the world. He retired as Vice President of Nissan in March 2022.

 He has comprehensive engineering experience in the automotive industry, and in particular, he has a strong track record of creating strategies and driving the development of next-generation technologies that will drive major changes in the automotive industry in the future. He has in-depth knowledge and future vision of these technologies and the new value they will create.

 In considering our business strategy, we have decided that it would be very beneficial to evolve our business strategy by receiving his advice based on his wealth of experience, and have asked him to become our advisor. We will formulate our business strategy based on his advice and aim to promptly realize a future space transportation system.
