Innovative Space Carrier Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Kojiro Hatada), a start-up company that aims to realize a transportation system that enables space travel, is pleased to announce the opening of its new location at THE E.A.S.T. Nihonbashi 1-chome, on November 1, 2022.
Innovative Space Carrier Inc. is a start-up company with the vision of " Creating an era when everyone has access to space" and aims to realize a transportation system that enables space travel.
Given the steady progress of recruitment activities after the fundraising, we decided to move into THE E.A.S.T. Nihonbashi 1-chome after considering the ideal property to improve the operational efficiency of our employees and to hold active discussions with external parties.
THE E.A.S.T. Nihonbashi 1-chome is located on the 5th floor of the Nihonbashi Icchome Mitsui Building, directly connected to Nihonbashi Station, where several startup companies have gathered on one floor to form a high-energy community. The property is subject to an occupancy screening process, and only startups that have been approved based on a comprehensive evaluation of screening items such as their aspirations as entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and startup companies, the innovativeness of their services and business models, their growth potential, their future prospects, and their potential for collaboration with Mitsui Fudosan will be allowed to move into these offices. The tenants will receive business support from 31VENTURES, Mitsui Fudosan's venture co-creation business, and will be able to disseminate information through networking and an event space where both online and offline events can be held. The center also offers a variety of support services to accelerate the growth of startups.
Mitsui Fudosan, the operator of the property, is working to make the Nihonbashi area a place where space business players gather, and is involved in activities that contribute to the promotion of commercialization in the JAXA Space Innovation Partnership (J-SPARC).

We sympathize with such activities of Mitsui Fudosan and have selected Nihonbashi as the base of our activities and decided to operate our business there in order to contribute to the revitalization of the space business as a whole.
We will continue to identify technical issues necessary to realize a single stage, fully reusable space reusablevehicle (SSTO; Single Stage To Orbit), and to study drastic cost reduction and humanspace transportation technologies, and then accelerate the study of future space transportation services such as point to point (P2P) transportation and space travel. After identifying the necessary technology issues and studying the space transportation technology, we will accelerate the study of business plans including the provision of future space transportation services such as point-to-point (P2P) and space travel.
